Outfit of the Day

IMG_1346
Fall is my favorite time of year and fall outfits are basically what I want to wear year-round. This week I thought I would do something different from my usual group of outfits and matching nail post, and post some stand alone “fall basics” type of outfits. For this look I’ve painted my nails red and mix black and brown pieces together, because two colors that almost every one have in their wardrobe are black and brown.

I started by styling this outfit around a black bag that I sometimes wear with a black and brown scarf tied around the handle. It’s actually what inspired the outfits for this week. From there, I picked out a simple oversized black sweater and paired it with dark skinny jeans and a brown belt. I paired it with skinny jeans to help balance out the volume of the sweater and did a front tuck so as not to loose my waist. To tie together the black and brown theme, I added brown boots and a brown hat that has a black (and gold) band.
