Nails of the Week

To do this surprisingly simple manicure I first painted my ring fingers using a peach color, then my middle fingers in metallic gold, & the rest in a dark burgundy.  Then I used thin nail tape to block off the negative space in the design. I started by making an “X”. Then used four pieces of tape, two on each side, to make the two stripes going down the sides. Then I cut two more pieces of tape at an angle so I could make the small triangle at the end of my nail. I used the burgundy first to fill in the stripes closes to the base, then gold at top & bottom of the “X”, & lastly I used a dark grey on the other stripes on the sides & the little triangle at the end.
