Nails of the Week

Since it’s basically summer (schools out/suns out) I decided I needed a bright manicure to match the weather/session, so I came up with a peach & gold manicure.

First I painted an off-white base (I know it looks a little pink here). Once that was dry I used thin nail tape to create two overlapping Xs that would outline my triangle, gold lines, and diamond shapes. I filled in the triangle and diamond shapes first using my peach polish. Then used my gold that has a thin brush to paint in the lines. Once the design was dry I took off the tape, and had a cute little geometric design.
