My college had homecoming this weekend (their colors are blue and yellow) so I thought I’d show a little team spirt with a blue manicure (yellow is not a color I like to wear).
I used one coat of this shimmery blue polish, then once that was totally dry I used scotch tape (cut with scissors for a clean 90 degrees angle) to block off the blue area of my nails. Then I carefully painted on the black polish and peeled off the tape when that dried.
