Outfit of the Day

For my 32nd birthday I was able to go to the Eras Tour on July 7th! It was such a great concert, especially since it was the release day of Speak Now (Taylor’s Version). We got to see the music video for “I Can See You” before everyone else and afterwords the music video cast came out on stage, including Taylor Lautner!

For two weeks leading up to the concert I was able to make dozens of friendship bracelets and was able to trade them with a number of people on our way to finding our seats. Everyone I traded with had elasticated beaded bracelets, but I decided to make woven bracelets with embroidery thread because that’s what I grew up making in grade school art classes (though I added plenty of glow-in-the-dark beads to stay on theme). It was such a nostalgic experience for me, and I’m glad I chose that route over the elasticated ones because I tried making some and did not like the process near as much.
