Nails of the Week

Quick pink & gold manicure this week! I’m starting to see a theme here. With this new job I keep looking for quick, simple manicures that I can do over the weekend and still have time to squeeze in my outfit pictures. I think I’ll need to cut down on my workload, which shouldn’t be to difficult, I just like my job too much (tough problem to have I know).

Anyway, I used tape on my ring fingers to create the shape needed for the pink triangle, then painted my nails this pink color. Once that was dry I used thin nail tape (6 pieces on both fingers) to create the gold stripes. I wish I made them thinner, but I wanted this to be quick, and this spacing was easiest. I guess that just means I get to try this again sometime (probably with different colors).
