On Friday night I went to an Elizabethan Christmas Feast and wore this holiday look. If you think it looks similar to last year’s holiday outfit, you would be right. I tried to tell myself I wouldn’t do this same outfit formula two years in a row but, honestly this was what I wanted to wear so I wore it.
I’m looking at these two outfits side by side as I write this and I’m surprised I actually like last year’s better. I thought I would like the beaded dress look better because its, well, more sparkly; but I guess I like last year’s better because of the contrast of the flowy skirt and the more structured lace top. Plus, the background is pretty cute, and I really like the out of focus falling snow in the second picture.
