I wore this outfit out on Monday (and in Kansas City two weeks ago) and have come to this conclusion. Combat boots are super comfortable. If you’re looking for an every day type of boot that’s easy to walk around in for long periods of time, this style is pretty ideal, plus they have that edgy cool factor.
The boots I’m wearing are a few years old, but I did some shopping around and found a few combat boots in a variety of colors and styles that I like. These faux fur lined boots look pretty cozy, plus the sides can be worn fold up or down. If you want a pair similar to mine but in taupe, these Journee boots look pretty cute. If you want something more unique, these embellished velvet Madden Girl boots look kind of really amazing in both colors, like I almost didn’t want to share them because they’re so cute. If only I could think of an excuse to get them for myself! 😩 Lastly, I like these quilted tan ankle boots from Nordstrom Rack, as well as a similar looking brand at Sears in brown, beige, & white (plus this brands outside zippers function as a secret pocket).
Forever 21 baker boy hat, similar Topshop baker boy hat/BLANKNYC Life Changer Moto Jacket in black/Aeropostale sweater, similar H&M cable-knit sweater/AE leggings, similar Topshop leggings/Leg warmers from a boutique, similar Lord & Taylor Lemon cable knit leg warmers/Wet Seal combat boots, similar DSW combat boots
😍😍😍 I’m in love with this look! Now I’m trying to figure out how to pair my white jacket with this look because I one everything else in just black. 😂
