Nails of the Week

For my St. Patrick’s Day nails this year I took inspiration from my last marble manicure and decided to use the main idea of using plastic wrap to create a design.

I used green nail polish with gold flecks in it as my base coat. Then used a small amount of crinkled up plastic wrap to blot on gold polish onto some paper. Once I had a lighter amount of polish on my plastic wrap, I blotted it onto my nails. I used a heavier amount of gold then a normal marble manicure and I decided to not use a top coat incase it would change the way my already shimmery polish interacted with light.
