So far, it seems like this is the year that my blogging dreams come true, small dreams, but dreams nonetheless. I posed with a bouquet of flowers in my purse last month, and now I’ve posed with Starbuck’s Pink Drink. 😅 It was my first time trying the drink and I loved it! I meant to try it last year when it was promoted from a “secret menu” drink to an official Starbucks menu item. Its caffeine free, dairy free, and possibly the closest thing to a dairy free strawberry milkshake that I can order for 50 miles. (I’m lactose intolerant btw.)
In other exciting news, I bought a new necklace the weekend before that looks like a pretty good dupe to the $48 BaubleBar necklace that other bloggers have been obsessed with (including me). I’ve been dreaming about buying myself the BaubleBar one for the better part of this year, but just could not justify spending that much on jewelry. So when I was walking buy a booth at a local craft fair in April I immediately stopped to buy this necklace. The girl selling them was actually a high school classmate of mine so I was happy to not only support a local business but also support someone I know. She posted a picture of the necklace on her business’s Instagram that you can see here and she has an Etsy shop here.
While looking for another affordable version of the necklace for you all to buy that would be a little more accessible (her Etsy shop says she’s taking a short break), I noticed that there are a few similar options out there for layered coin necklaces.
