I was busy this weekend cleaning my place, so I thought I’d do a really simple 4th of July manicure that I can easily touch up if needed for the next two weeks. I decided on this manicure because I’ve been wondering what this sparkly, almost metallic blue polish would look like with a matte top coat, and ended up with a pretty velvety blue manicure.
