How was everyone’s 4th of July? I had a fun day starting with our local 4th of July parade and ending with our annual fireworks show. I actually got to be in the parade in my Church’s Right to Life float. It ended up being a lot of fun! I was kind of surprised at how much I liked it because I’m a shy person, but it really put me in a patriotic spirit.
So I have to ask, does anyone else feel super thrown off today because of the holiday? Last night I kept thinking in the back of my mind that it was Saturday and I had to wake up and go to mass the next morning, and now today I kept thinking it was Monday! Thankfully, despite the confusion I still had a productive day.
