For my final Gossip Girl outfit, I knew I couldn’t not do a Blair Constance school look while sitting on The Met steps. To recreate Blair’s school look, all you need is a headband, white button down, necktie, mini skirt, knee socks or tights, and flats (preferably ballet flats since the character is known for them).
This outfit came together pretty easily for me. The only thing I felt I really needed to buy was a headband because that’s her signature accessory. As for the small necktie, I just did a quick DIY using a piece of ribbon and a stud earring.
