I bought these tailored shorts at the start of spring I knew the first way I wanted to style them was paired with this plaid blazer for a brunch look. Since it is always disappointingly chilly during early spring in the Midwest, I layered an ivory sweater under the other two pieces and added boots to warm up the look. I kept the accessories simple and layered my favorite two vintage necklaces together and used my minimal looking white mini tote for my handbag.
