Nails of the Week

Nails of the Week
It took me a little while to figure out what to do with my nails this week while keeping in mind that I wanted it to match my St Patricks day look (don’t worry, I’m wearing some green) but I finally figure it out & came up with this simple manicure.
For these nails I actually started out by painting them white because I had a different idea in mind for this week that I just wasn’t into. Next, I painted a peach color over it. Lastly, I used thin manicure tape to paint a gold stripe down the side of my nails. Normally I would have painted my nails gold first, then used a single piece of nail tape on each nail to make the stripes & painting peach over the tape. This would also have saved me some tape, but again it took me awhile to figure out what I wanted.

For these simple nails I painted my nails white & then used a nail tattoo sheet. Once the nail tattoos were dry & in place, I use top coat to seal them. More nail tattoo instructions can be found here.
