Nails of the Week

It’s cooled off some this week so I ended up pulling out some black a grey pieces (my typical winter colors) for this weeks ootds. To compliment the looks but still keep a lightness for the first week of spring, I decided to do a simple negative space manicure.

To do this manicure I covered up 1/3 of my nails at the base using your basic clear tape, then painted the rest in a light grey. That’s it. I really like how this simple manicure turned out & will have to keep it in mind for the summer with brighter colors. You could even switch it up & use a different color on each nail! (How cute & simple for Easter too!)
